Imperial Apple Spa

I have to say masseur Shawn has been great! But today (2 Dec 5.45pm), I am Very disappointed in their 2 receptionists for their lies and bad attitude. I called in for appointment just yesterday morning and requested for Shawn as usual, and the lady over the phone said ok for everything. And today when I came for my appointment, they told me Shawn is booked with someone else! Even put words in my mouth said they told me and I said I will call back?!! This is super dishonest and bad services! Obviously they made a mistake; but instead of apologising, just kept acting blur and claimed that I never request for Shawn. What kind of services is this? I will not continue signing up for more credit and never will I recommend anyone else to this place again unless I get a response from their management and investigate on this matter! This is not how you treat your long term customer!!

I recently had a massage at Imperial Apple Spa, and while I appreciate the effort put in by the staff, I must say that I did not have the best experience. The ambience of the spa did not meet my expectations, and the cleanliness left something to be desired. During the massage, I felt rushed, and my masseuse was a bit too aggressive. I also noticed that the noise level was high, and the walls were quite thin, which made it difficult to fully relax. I understand that everyone's experience can be different, but for me, the overall value for the price point was not up to par.

Been here for the past 8 months because the therapists across the board have decent massage techniques, albeit with variations because each have their own flair. Do take note that they’re generally a deep tissue/hard massage place so you have to be vocal if you want them to ease up on the pressure. Personally, I favor Swedish Massage and this masseuse-Rina is best for that. She’s also got a great work ethic too because I was her last customer for the day but did not slack off/rush the massage. Did not give 5 stars because some therapists are not as good. But overall, I would recommend.

Decent place for a good massage, pricing is comparable with different add-ons like essential oil etc. Outlet is clean with average greetings from the counter staff. Had a slightly below average experience with the assigned masseur nitpicking about me being a customer, despite the first time visit, that haphazardly brought down the overall experience after casual remarks. Will consider re-visiting in the middle term future, things might improve till then.
